"Great First Impression and an Easy Day"
My first impression was a good one. I booked through skibluemt.com and had a couple questions afterward, and the staff got back to me quickly without making me feel rushed or like I was bothering them. Everyone was really nice from the start. Once we got to the mountain, it was the same vibe, friendly, helpful people everywhere we went. It just made the whole day feel smoother and more relaxed. I’d definitely go again.

I booked a ski school lesson for my kid and expected a bit more. The instructor was friendly enough, but the whole thing felt rushed and the group was way too big, so my kid barely got any one-on-one help and still didn’t feel very confident afterward. Also, the reminders leading up to the lesson were kind of aggressive, lots of messages like we were going to forget or mess something up. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for what it cost, I don’t think it was really worth it.

"Refund went smoothly"
I had to cancel my booking, i was a little worried about how the refund would go. But skibluemt.com got back to me quickly, which helped. The refund wasn’t instant or anything, it took a few days to show up, but it did come through. So yeah, overall it was a good experience.

"Skiing was good, food didn’t really measure up"
Had a decent day at Blue Mountain overall, the skiing was fun and pretty much what I expected. The food, though, was a letdown. Compared to other resorts I’ve been to, the burger was dry and not even that warm, and the fries tasted like they’d been sitting around for a while. Even the coffee was weak and felt overpriced for what it was. I know resort food is usually more expensive, but I still expected it to be better than this. Next time I’d probably just bring my own snacks.

"Easy ski trip booking"
I booked my ski trip online and it was easy. The dates, prices, and options were all laid out clearly, so I didn’t have to click around forever to figure things out. Checkout was quick, and I got my confirmation about a minute later. Always nice when a website just works without making the whole process confusing.

"I could actually relax and enjoy it"
The safety side of things was one of the first things I noticed, well, that and how calm everyone on staff was. They explained everything in a way that made sense, the gear looked properly checked over, and nobody was pushing us to hurry up or pretend we knew what we were doing. I’m the kind of person who thinks about all the little “what ifs” halfway through a trip, but I didn’t really have that happen here. It just felt organized and steady, so I could actually enjoy myself. I’d definitely go again.

"Busy weekend, but still a good time"
I went on a busy weekend the lift waits were better than I expected, mostly around 5 to 10 minutes. One lift did get a little backed up after lunch, but it wasn’t anything that ruined the day. I’d say trust your instinct and go for it if you’re on the fence. I’d definitely go back

"Good Overall, but Missed a Few Icy Spots"
Overall, it was a decent job and I appreciated that most of the area was cleared well. That said, there were still a few icy spots left behind, so I had to be a little careful walking around. Not terrible, but it could’ve been more thorough.

"Nice variety, just a little clunky to browse"
I liked that skibluemt.com had a good mix of events and activities, not just skiing-related stuff. It gave me enough ideas for a weekend trip, and I appreciated seeing some family-friendly options too. That said, it did feel a bit all over the place at times, haha. I had to click around more than I expected to figure out what was actually available and when. Not a bad site overall, but the variety would stand out more if the info was easier to sort through

"Good prices, but I got a little nervous after paying"
The tickets were actually cheaper than I expected and booking them was easy. I was happy with the price overall, but after I paid, I did feel a bit unsure for a while, like I wasn’t totally convinced everything had gone through properly until I got the confirmation. It worked out fine in the end, though.

I had a really nice trip and the prices were actually fair, which I appreciated. Didn’t feel like they were trying to squeeze extra money out of me like some places seem to do, so overall I’d say it was definitely worth it.

The shuttle was really convenient and showed up right on time, which I appreciated after a long day of skiing. I guess I was expecting it to be a little more relaxed, but it ended up being crowded with everyone heading back at the same time. Still, it got the job done and was easy to use.

"Rental gear was disappointing"
I rented skis and boots here the gear was rough. The skis felt old and worn out, and the boots were so uncomfortable that they hurt most of the time I was wearing them. What made it more annoying was that the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect or what my options were. Overall, not a great rental experience.

"Fun day with a good mix of trails"
Had a really fun day at Blue Mt. There were plenty of trail options for different skill levels, which was great because our group had a mix of people and nobody seemed bored. I stuck mostly to the easier runs, though I did try a couple harder ones and maybe convinced myself I was better than I actually am. Overall, it was a nice variety and a really good day out.
